VRTS \u00a9 is used by police instructors as a practice of theoretical knowledge.<\/h2>\n

Without VRTS \u00a9, this practice is difficult to implement. Indeed, it is necessary to organize and make trips, prepare places, consume training ammunition, mobilize colleagues who will be the actors, etc …<\/p>\n

With VRTS \u00a9, this practice is as simple as immersing several police learners in the VRTS simulator. In the space of about fifteen seconds, learners are immersed in a practical situation in which they will have to mobilize each of these educational objectives.<\/p>\n

Thus, each learner police officer can train in VRTS \u00a9 at a level of complexity which is adapted to his own level of experience.
\nThis is important because it would be pedagogically counterproductive to expose a beginner to overly complex situations. On the one hand, that wouldn’t teach him anything at all and on the other hand might discourage him.<\/p>\n

Likewise, it would be pointless to expose a police officer with a lot of field experience to too simple situations.
